ANYONE ELSE BORED TONIGHT?

tonight is sooo slow and i have had the worst calls! anyone else in the same boat.

Me i have done escalation call all night, so yeah i totally know what you mean

I haven't had anyone escalate but i have had three dealers cuss me out four customers that were already mad when they called in and tons of crazy situations

I am in the escalations que taking calls that should not be escalated that CSR should be able to handle without my help. but yet for some reason they cannot seem to handle simple concerns.

That really sucks i'm just sitting here activating and my activations sytems just went down for some odd reason or as we are supposed to say "my sytems are updating" 😉

got to love teh system is updating shpill, can we just say " Oh man our techs were trying to play around with the programming and oppps, you were billed 1236$ i am sorry about that...that you for calling VZW and have a great evening"
