Hit release, go on a personal and scream until I feel better.

I HATE it when they start out that way.

And it doesn't matter where you work either. I worked as tech support for a dot com back in 1999. The company had only been around for 2 months and someone actually called in and said, "I've been a customer for a very long time!" When I stated the company has only been around for two months, she yelled, "DON'T YOU PLAY YOUR F$#*ING MINDGAMES WITH ME, BOY!"

IT drives me crazy when people start out by saying, "Hi my name is so and so and I have been a customer for a long time" like they expect me to know who they are and automatically pull all their info right out of my brain! Like i give a rat's A$$ who you are and how long you've been with us, the rules are the same for EVERYONE!

Haha. Yeah I love it how they are like "I'm so and so. Do you need my number? It's blah blah blah..." One day all customers will be blessed with smartness like us and then we'll have nothing to talk about.

I hate when they come right up to you and spout off their number really quick, then when I actually get to the screen to pull their info up and say "Im Sorry, could you repeat your number for me" they get all mad like I should know their number automatically and memorize for each of the 80 times they come into complain each time they dropped a call or when the phone beeped at them.

You must be a freaking moron, many people grew up being told to introduce themselves, its polite. You are probably one those brain dead, self righteous X'ers who think everything revolves about them.
