This is what i hate

i had a customer come in and wanted to do a 2 line deal family share plan. did all the bs we have to do and come down to this a treo 700w and a lg8300 2100 min. plan and some goodies like a couple of bluetooth packages.....now here is the BREAKING POINT.
me: so looks like we have everything, so to start the process i just need to see your DL
customer: well best buy has a better deal we will just go there.
So this was back in june, so guess who comes to see me yesterday....the a%%hole from june.
customer: how was the 700w back in june
me: 399.99 upfront with and unlimited data package
customer: well best buy told me after mail in rebate, so how can i get this money
me: i don't know go back to best buy i mean they did sell you the pho...

Have You Guys Ever Got The Customer That Comes In To Get Their New Ever 2 and Not Be Eligable For It Because An Indirect Store Switch The Primary And Secondary When They Signed Up A New Line? That Is Always My Favorite....

P.S. Not All Indirects Are Bad, I Just Know There Are Alot Of Bad Ones In My Area

No, but I hate when idiots try to come in and say say oh the secondary line is eligable for an upgrade, can I just switch that # to the primary and get NE2? "I dont know how they got switched, the other number should be primary"

I have to tell all corporate store reps, my hat is off to you all!!! I work in a call center and I know customer's get sent to stores with incorrect info, etc.. Ya'll do an amazing job and are usually stretched to the limits!! Ya'll are great, don't think I could deal with your job, people screaming in my face, etc.. 🙂

Thanks, but the call center people do a great job too. Whenever I cant get an answer, you guys usually have a better solution, we work hand in hand to make verizon the best out provider there.

he probably did go back to best buy before coming to you. Best Buy sucks when it comes to customer service, and if you need to return something, better be within the 14 days, or don't even bother. Best Buy will be Verizon's next radio shack, a headache.

People, if you are going to get a phone and you do not want to go thru a corporate store, at least stay away from best buy, that is the last place you should go to buy anything, specially a phone with service, where you probably will need service after the sale, which you will not get at best buy....

and stop wasting dealers/reps time when you know you are going to buy elsewhere, go to that place in the first place. Yes, best buy might be a little cheaper, but, you get what you pay f...
