They should give customers like these some kinda award
A customer's daughter calls in. She got an insurance replacement because her old phone's charging port is broken. She had the replacement phone activated, downloaded some new ringtones and wallpaper, but.... the phone got run over. A CS rep advise her that once she gets a new phone and re-downloads the ringtones/wallpapers we will credit them back after the next bill. The girl activates her old broken phone with the CS Rep. She then calls back and gets me and explains that she re-downloaded the ringtones/wallpaper on the broken phone that cannot charge and wants credit for that and also when she re-downloads on the new phone from the insurance again. I had to verify twice to see what she did because I can not understand why anyone would down...

That is kinda crazy!! Didn't know credit equipment replacement downloads any way but yep, phone should come with download block required!! Some people must have really bad luck! âšī¸

They should have GIN blocks, they should have phone use blocks. If you have that much bad luck with phones, you dont deserve one đŗ

Don't they usually have to send the old phone back under the insurance? or did she bust the new one within a day or two of getting it? lol...
/me remembers the days when a phone *could* take a car tire and still be usable... (sadly it was always either a nokia 51XX or a Motorola V60 series... Also saw a timeport that worked after getting run over but the keys were toast...)
