I tested the 870 Today and it gets returned tomorrow - Oh my god this sucks !

When I tell you waste of time, take my word..
Samsung has so so let me down..
The voice quality is so horrid that people think I am on a bad blue tooth headset when I am just using the phone normally.
From the 930 to now the 870 and sounding worse and worse. They have 100% let us down and ruined their reputation.
LG has now taken first place for sure.
The keypad is equally bad. You literally can not dial the phone when it's in the case without dialing dozens of wrong digits..
This phone is shot !!!

The phone looks really nice, but this review troubles me. Usually samsung had good phones and the least problems with them.

My only Samsung experience was with the 950 (had two of em), IMO that was probably the worst phone I ever had. LG seems to have all the good phones for VZW right now. Upcoming Motos look promising. I see nothing compelling about Samsung phones but am always ready to listen to those who like them. What do the Samsung fans have to say?
