Getting a job with Verizon???
I recently applied for various jobs with verizon and am wondering how long does it take to get back in touch with you. I live in the Chicago area and have 7 years of retail experience. My wife just got a job there and my recommendation would be to get yourself to a job/hiring fair regardless of how you applied.
Go to one of the VZW stores and ask one of the employees how often they host them and where.
She tried many times before and it did not work but the job fair was perfect.

job fairs is the best way. i applied like 8 times befor emy first interview. when i did my 3rd interview with hr she said " i saw you name a few times i was wondering when someone was going to send you up". but the best way is find someone you know who works for verizon thats how like 6 of my friends got in the jab fair isn't a bad idea but rememeber its about who you know
