(000)000-0000 ?? what is this number??
Ok, I get this number several times per day! it rings maybe for a couple of seconds if that then it becomes a missed call. This doesn't appear like a "unknown" or "restricted" or "unavailable", it just shows up as zeroes all accross. Does anyone know what this number means ?? Its beginning to get really disturbing.

most likely telemarketer auto dialer..this has happened to me several times....000 000 0000 means they are doing something to prevent their caller id from broadcasting. best advice i can give is wait it out. usually i either finally get the call or it goes away. vzw does try to prevent unwanted telemarketing calls from reaching customers, unfortunately sometimes they slip through the net

I think I figured it out. Does it happen when you switch over to another line (call waiting) and forget to switch back?
