Retrieve Ringtones?
Hi, I have a Pink Razr V3 and recently my screen had stopped working. I brought it into Verizon and they took it and replaced it and I currently have a phone and I am happy. Although my phone is fine, I wanted to know if there was a way to retrieve my old ringtones, and my VZ Navigator on my new phone that I had already bought on my old phone?
Thanks,
ESPearls
P.S.-I didn't back up my ringtones to my computer.
...
Re-download them again through Get it now.

Yes but is there a way to re-download them without paying for them again?

i actually just talked to a rep about that the other day. im going in to et my phone flashed and i said what about all my ringtines, he said that he would credit my account and i would be able to redownload the 7 ringtones adn 1 game that i have without repaying for them.
so just call csutomer service and tell them how many yiou had, it should show up with your accound info, and then you should be able to redownload them with no extra cahrge 😉

You have to re-download the EXACT same ones in order to be credited. After you download them and they show up in their system, you need to call and have them credited. Again, they have to be the exact same ones in order to get credit.

You have to dl the exact same stuffy like mary said.
customer care can only credit for DUPLICATE dl's within the past 90 days meaning if you got your ringtones 6 months ago you are out of luck.
also do not call customer care for credits untill after you get your next bill which shows the downloads on them, if you call before hand you will just be asked to call back its a waste of time

Can you credit me for a game that I bought and after about 3 months got tired of it? J/K 🤣
