i think this writer is an idiot. i've tried the chocolate and almost all his complaints can be adjusted in the settings. so i doesn't play Itunes or mac. Yea and microsoft doesn't work for mac either and nothing workes with i tunes aceept.....ITUNES!!! (MP4) what kind of crap is that ohh it apple!! they don't work with anything but their own. Mp3 & wma is the standard for music formats right now and that is what this plays. the buutons do take some getting used to but when i first got an ipod i had to get used to that as well anytime new technology comes out you have to adjust to it. the chocolate is a great phone if you have some patience, inteligence and an open mind. don't judge a book by its cover. open it up first.

the lg cu500 plays both mp3 and aac formatted music 🙂 oh yea and it can transfer data, music, picts, and video via bluetoof.

That is because Verizon unfortunately cripples their bluetooth... 😡 to not allow OBEX... at least they give us A2DP...
