I have the Moto V325 which is a tri-mode and don't have any issues w/reception, that could depend on where you are using the phone though.. I have been using since sometime in Feb.. It has a few little quirks in the s/w pertaining to issues that do not effective the call. ie, sometimes you can hear when you change to volumne from low to high and hey then again sometimes ya just can't?!?! There is a s/w upgrade for the phone that I havent gotten, so could fix some of the little quirks. If I were to have to choose I would pick the V325 over the LG 4650.. But if you are eligible to upgrade there are a lot of new phones out..
