Need the VZW reps help with this one

Alright you call center and data reps out here in phonescoop land, here's the situation........
My first 7135 worked perfect for about 6 months, and then went to you know what. So I went through about 3 different 7135's until a supervisor approved my getting an i600 since I was having so many problems with my 7135. So in late June I received my replacement i600, but with no battery. I called and asked where my batter was (very nicely and calmly because I know how you guys don't like rude customers), and the rep I talked to said that my battery, cradle, software, and charger were on the way. Ok, no problem for me, I'm a happy guy, and I receive my battery in the mail a few days later, and I start to think that everything else is on the way.

I understand that this is a bit of a process, and I don't want to sound pushy or anything, but what exactly takes so long with this? It just seems to me like the company is passing the buck around to the next person. I think that my order has been just sitting on a desk for someone to ok. What are your guy's opinions on this? Have you seen anything like this before?

I just have to say... Ow... Well honestly, what I really have to say is, I'm REALLY sorry for this. I see these come by my end from rare time to time and it really sucks when it happens. Basically what went down is that this sup sent you what is called a FRU phone. FRU means Factory Refurbished Unit if I remember right. When ever these phones are sent out they are meant to be exact replacements of phones someone already have, not to replace a different model. The reason for this is very obvious. Its only the phone, no bat, no software, no nothing but the phone. I personally say this is a FUBAR on this sup's behalf, he SHOULD have known this and sent you out a NEW one not a FRU in this case if he was going to auth something along these lines....

Speak with a sup in CS, they should be able to bring up the order that had to have been put in in order for you to get the phone... if they find the order they can find out if those accesories were mailed out...if not they should be able to put in the order themselves to make sure that you recieve them this time...also something that might help out is once the order is placed on the accnt we note the FedEx tracking # on your accnt...Call in about a day or so later and they should be able to give you that tracking # so that you can check up on it online at www.fedex.com and make sure as to when it is going to be delivered...sorry for the inconvience and I hope this helps everything get straightened away for you!

I had been waiting a month, and my billing cycle was up so I checked my bill. I read, and I have been charged $46 for a battery. Now, I still have not received any of my software, chargers, holster, extra battery that comes with it originally, or cradle. I need all of your peoples help to at least direct me in a way. I'm actually sitting on hold right now with data, and have been on hold for 45 minutes. Please help!!!!

What state do you live in? I could fix this really easy if you are in my area.

Nevermind... I just read through the entire thread and see you are in the Mid-West Market- not my area.

No doubt the sup dropped the ball. If they were sending you a different FRU model they should know to sent you out the accessories/batteries you need with it or sent you a brand new model which includes everything- and then credit your account so the charges/credits offset each other on the bill.

I hope this issue has been resolved for you.
