Question for Verizon Reps...
Hey Guys,
I just got accepted into the Merits Program and I was wondering when can I upgrade to a new phone? By October 14, 2006 I will be finishing my 1st year with verizon. So does that mean that I can upgrade by this date or do I need to wait another year into the merits program to upgrade?

with vzw, the merits means one year completed before early upgrade... so october 15 2006

just fyi though, you won't get your NE2 credit, you'll just get the sale price (1yr or 2yr) on the handset of your choice. Depending on when the rules change you might still need to pay a $20 upgrade fee, however you will be eligable for any rebates being offered.
