why did the chocolate get so much hype but the vx9900 isnt? the chocolate seemed nice but it didnt turn out to be as good as it seemed. dont get me wrong i like the phone it looks nice. but still from what ive heard the 9900 is going to be way better then the chocolate. and the 9900 is what im planning on getting when my ne2 is available so i would have liked to see more about it and ive also heard its supposed to come out on 9.4.06 which is in uh 3 days!!!

the chocolate is in a very reasonable price range for most people. Thus most people can afford it and are willing to shell out the cash. The 9900 is a device that i think most of us can agree is not for everyone. We don't even know the full feature set and I can confidently say that not everyone will want or need the 9900. For one most people don't want or need a keyboard, for two its gonna be big. Perhaps thinner than the 9800 but still a decent size. three its gonna be expensive. If it launches at less than $300 I'd be very surprised. Those 3 reasons alone mean it can't be as popular as the chocolate. Will people buy it, absolutly, myself included, but should verizon/LG advertise it to anyone and everyone like they have the chocolate, No.
