altough i agree that verizon can be a money hungry, corporate machine, nobody is forcing you to use their service. if you are not pleased with their service and/or pricing, you can leave at any time. granted, you maybe under contract and have to pay an early termination fee, but they are no different than any other wireless provider. VZW, Cingular, Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile, etc are all in this business to make money. Never, did any of the above state that they are a non-profit orginization. I hear too many people complain that VZW is charging them more money in order to use more services.
