I'll just warn everyone now, that I need to vent!

Why is it that people think just because we work in a cellphone store its ok to talk on your cell phone while we help you?? Talk about RUDE!! This chick came into my store on her phone, talking the whole time, wandered around the store, then came up to the counter. I looked up and smiled at her, then went back to oredering supplies. (She's on the phone I was being polite and waiting for her to shut the h##$ up)She never got off her phone, when I didn't jump to help her (again she was on the phone) she slammed her keys on the counter and walked out!
