Question for all you guys that work at VZW.

I applied for a in store Customer Service rep and I have a interview next week. My quesion is do customer service reps get any commision from sales ect? And are you guys union?

sales always have commisions i do not believe it is the same as the store though, and there is no union.

They got something going on with cust care in the west area that they get monetary rewards for each call that closes in a sale with a sales rep... I don't know how it works but I have heard of it.
