Can someone tell me if I am charged air time for using the mobile web?

Thanks

Billable airtime if used during peak hrs. Unlimited Night/Weekends = free usage.

Do they offer a plan that does not use your airtime?

This isn't exactly right... it uses airtime while transferring data, but I don't think you are billed for every second your surf. In other words, if I bring up my hotmail and download an email from someone, I don't actually get charged for the whole time I'm reading it, even if I set the phone down and come back to it a few minutes later. Watch for the little phone icon on the display. When that's solid or blinking, you are being charged airtime.
