cingular brought up to city council

very real report on cingy service. the council member said quote.. we have had numerous complaints about cingular service or lack thereof but we can not get an exact number because so many of the calls were dropped.

wow. hopefully more cities bring them up and call them on their horrible service...... or lack thereof. ๐Ÿ™‚

that switch has been here for months. did not fix the problem. that is what cingy gets paid to say. this hearing was yesterday which the experiences the city is having and their customers are having have been ongoing even after the switch was put in place.

Well, let's just mention the class action taken against Vz a few years ago for crippling BT and NOT telling their customers...
Oh! how about the other class action taken for slapping customers with the Roadside Assistance to unaware customers...

What I was trying to point out is that Cingular is not the only carrier in this country with pissed off customers. Every carrier has its strong and weak regions. But when it comes down to crippling BT or imposing the roadside assistance charge on unaware customers is different, because this pisses off customer at a bigger (national) scale. Don't you agree? ๐Ÿ™„

Well, I am a customer, and it would pizz me off to get charges on my bill without my ok, but, it would pizz me off more to not have good service.

the video is the best part. the reporters bash them from the beginning. it is funny. the article is fine but watching the video is the main part. hopefully everyone is able to see it. ๐Ÿ™‚
