This is the first time I posted here. Not bad. Not nasty. I shared my experiences with a couple stores in AC and my co workers experience with their Verizon phone there.
You can see how defensive and arrogant my first responses were for yourself.

I live in Las Vegas and my ATT contract is on month to month and I'm looking to switch. I thought since Verizon is more expensive they were in turn more reliable in terms of location. No it was post my visits. I had a coworker who was so frustrated with Verizon in AC she bought a Go Phone! Heresay? I was with this girl when she was getting VM instead of answering a call! I was with her when she dropped the same call to her husband on the west caose three times in 10 minutes.
I was with her when she had to stand next to a window to make a connection and hope it would not drop.
I thought based on my YES lack of research and onlyVerizon hype about reliablity and covergae that she should not be having these issues in a place where there are 17 million people. I bought into the Verizon advertising and said so. I then figured the 'extra' Verizon covergae had to be in the sticks or on farms becasue it certainly was not in...

It could never have been the phone. Kind of like Phonepimps "friend" with that oh so lovely piece of crap Nokia 3185i that is supposed to be such a widely promoted phone by VZW reps huh? What phone did your friend have by chance? Was it on of the cheapies, or was it a phone that you would expect better performance from? You pay for what you get you realize.

Why is it with you guys its AWAYS the phone. Are your phones that bad. She had that phone for over a year, and is still using it in Diamond Bar Cal with no issues. NO it was not the phone. Most Verizon people seem to know AC is spotty for service.
