HELP! Trying to close a deal.
I'm a Verizon Wireless sales rep and I've got a good size business account I'm trying to close. In my area the PTT doesn't work and the customer doesn't trust his employees to not run up his minutes. He's sold on the value of VZW, etc., etc. He's not going to go with another carrier, let's put it that way but... he won't close because of his distrust of his employees. Pretty sad. Here's some of the hypotheticals I've come up with, please tell me whether they can be done:
Is there a way that you can lock the phones (LGVX4700) to where they can only use speed dial? I'm betting not but... just a thought.
Also, on a whim, I'm too lazy to call customer service but, do any of you know if they are able to cap minutes?

Yes u could through the phone security, lock the phone were you only could call people from the contact and only people in the contact could call you.

If PTT doesnt work, why are you putting them on PTT plans with PTT phones?

I'm not, anymore. I should've been more specific. The reason we were going PTT at first was because we were trying to put them on a PTT only plan so that they could only call people within their list.

They do, but it's $39.99 which is crazy!
