Unusualy busy today
we've been having an unusually busy day today in west area telesales support. Anyone else been finding their department unusually busy to today? (I heard the port center has been because they had a failure in the OTA system and phones are needing to be manually programed with LNP.)

well yea nextel activations was a little busy this moring here on the east coast, but it seems to have slowed down 😕

How are those Boost things? I hear commercials for them all the time. Is it as crappy as any other pre-paid system?

We had a 20-30 minute hold time over here... Port center was up to 60 minutes... it was busy.
