Hey all,
I am calling to all guys (and gals) who like stuff. Im talking about STUFF on a cell phone, that is.
I'm one of those guys who needs their phone to be incredibly feature rich and have cutting edge techonologies and services on it.

I recently "downgraded" to a motorola KRZR, and I'll explain why I consider this a "downgrade". I loved my vx8100.

When it first came out it was the cutting edge phone in verizon's lineup (not that that is saying much). Stereo speakers, good battery life, great reception, very large internal screen with 256k 18bit colors, bright, crisp external display, custom ringtones, clear camera and managable bluetooth.

Now I decided that the KRZR would be a nice upgrade, hoping for greatly improved ba...

I know the 9900 and 8600 are coming out soon, but what STUFF, like cool features that we havent seen before are we going to get on these new phones?

nothing its verizon, join sprint and get the fusic phone if you want features and customization. you will never want another stripped down verizon phone, go to the sprint store and play with it you'll then understand how much they gut these things, its awful.

I have never used it... I can tell you this... even though the LG VX 8300 is not advertised as a music phone... it is a great phone for music (and a great phone overall.. look at reviews)...The stereo speakers sound great and the external media buttons work well...

The chocolate seems decent... I played with it a little... have you seen the LG VX 8600 (choc flip) coming out?? it looks promising?

I really like LG lately but the KRZR seems pretty good too... just not sure if it has stereo speakers...

I want a RAZR. The 8300 is a good phone/player, but its too ugly. Sorry im like that ๐Ÿคฃ . The Chocolate is too much money (Im paying retail) and the 8600 probably will alos be too much. I don't like the KRZR at all. The only things different than the RAZR are stereo bluetooth, smaller screen, thicker, and external music keys. half of those are downgrades, and I don't even need the other two.

The LG VX8300 isnt as nice as the RAZR or 8600 I admit... but its a classy looking phone IMO and looks nice person... the KRZR is only slightly thicker... have u seen it in person? its nicer in person...

Im sure the v3m is decent... you might wanna read the forums and reviews... THE LG 9900 is also highly-anticipated but that doesnt really tickle my fancy..

Actually it doesnt drain much battery AT ALL on phone.... and the headphones last way over 6 hours on a single charge.. some even way longer..

and you can get great bluetooth headphones for way under $100

The MOTO HT820 or I-phono MINI headphones both are way under $100...between $49.99-$69.99..

But like I said... to each his/her own.. ๐Ÿ™‚

Last time I checked we didnt know anything about, nevermind whether it has stereo speakers (which I dont see being possible) and stereo bluetooth.

Until this morning I was looking at moving into the "new-era" of cell phones, being the razr, krzr, chocolate 8600 and other slim form factored phones.

I had the KRZR for 2 days and returned it this morning. Being a "stuff" guy as I said before, I dont like the way the slim style phones hold against your face and in your hand. I like having something to my phones. I also like having features in my phone, and I dont mind putting down a good amount of money to get those features, so I traded the KRZR in for an a990. This phone has all that a guy could ask for, feature wise. 3.2 MP camer...

the a990 has hands down the loudest speaker for listening to music of any phone, even better then the 8100/8300.
