i noticed today the vw online store was offering free activation, is that something online only?

that sucks its online only, i bet u all have to compete with the online store with customers quite a bit?

Shame on anyone who orders online. I still help them...but charge for services rendered. Of course I let them know that I can waive any of my service fees if they purchase through me.
