Had an older lady come in wanting to pay her bill..her account wouldnt pop up so i assumed that her account had been closed..she insisted that she had a phone though us and wasned to use pay her bill..after a half our of thinks she relized that she was with altel..she didnt know that there was more than one cell phone company..she took it will though
