Verizon offers daily subscriptions to V Cast

"Verizon came up with a new way to spark interest in their V Cast mobile
content services: Offer a daily subscription to it for $3. While the price
may seem high given that a monthly subscription is $15, I think this will
lead to more VZ subscribers giving the service a go and also may lead to a
new business model of pay-a-day mobile content users. While a lot of
potential users today would not use mobile content services every day, they
may wish they had them in certain circumstances: a long train, bus or car
ride, for example. V Cast includes music videos, TV show recaps, movie
trailers as well as news, sports and entertainment programming. "

What do you guys think? Will this help Verizon's struggling data?

What in your view, will improve on their data?

A person had a wonderful idea by offering free Vcast but will be including 30-second clips of advertisements.

what is your view?

I don't want to be repetative, but I'll give the link on my brilliant idea for VZW to juice up interest in VCAST:

That is what makes them such a profitable company, say what you want you have to hand it to them.

Yea that is true, the thing they don’t care about is prepaid though. Hahha

Lack of content is hurting Verizon's VCAST that is for sure.

Saw them..Not too bad for Cingular. I would imagine that Verizon would be very similar except churn which Verizon's should be lower. Everything else should be very close. Cingular shouldn't slip at all this quarter.
