Thanks to the customer service reps
I know that there is a lot of bashing on this site (I'm guility of it, I know), but I just had a dealing with a really cool customer service rep that helped us straighten out a problem for a customer that could have been a complete nightmare for both the customer and I. So here is a big thanks to whoever it was. Hey, if were going to bitch when things go wrong then we should say thanks when things go right.

Yea, cheers to you all! and cheers to putting up with the crazy people that you deal with all day, still think the world revolves around them and that VZW would change their policy just for them because they are unique and deserve more than all other 50+ million that really deserve more than them
