problem with LG chocolate?

I have a costumer here, he bought a chocolate. When he turns the power off. It doesn't turn off completly. It says 'Charge Complete'. Anybody had this problem before?

I have that problem with other LG phones all the time, I pop out the battery and put it back in and that always fixes it.

To me, it sounds like water damage, check the charging port for signs of corosion
