I was intrigued to notice that there are a lot of complaints (inculding mine) about VZW on this board. I have had every carrier in the last several years, and I had issues with all of them about one thing or another. However, I found the complaints here to be quite numerous, so I went and looked the forum for Cingular. There is not the constant ranting there and this indicates to me that the VZW complaints are not just whining. VZW should pay attention.

Also, you have to keep in mind that most of the negative posters on here sell services for VZW's competition. They create a negative environment on here so that a prospective VZW customer that is doing research will come here and then not choose VZW because to an uninformed user, it would appear as the sky is falling...

I do always keep this in mind, and because of this, always take reviews as just a little more than a grain of salt. However, why isn't this happening in all the other forums? I think the complaints about BT, price, and hardware are legitimate. I know mine are, since I do not have any connection to any phone carrier.

I honestly don't know what your complaints are... And to be honest I have my own... like why my BT phones only connect half the time to my cars, which here in Phoenix is a big thing. The 10 and the 101 loop are dangerous enough without having to deal with a cell phone too.

What I do know is that as long as VZW keeps on adding millions of customers every quarter they are not going to change their policies in any way and thats a fact. Profitable companies don't change when things are working and things are working the best for VZW right now and as long as 98% of all users put the voice network first, things aren't gonna change f...

I get referrals and customers who come back to me for all their needs. I constantly exceed my quota. If the person that you buy your wireless products from don't have the answers then why are you buying from them? Your only supporting a system in which you hate. Are you that foolish?
