If that's all you think happens when release info is leaked its also safe to assume you are not familiar with the terms or effects of competitive, positional, or edge marketing at all! Not say this just this post in general will cause it for this phone, but its no coincidence that days before the 8600 hits other carries will just so happen to come out with a new "limited time offer" on the slim line(s) they carry! haha thats all im trying to say. the world wont end bc the general public knows the release date of a phone. i agree that other carriers could plan a "counter attack"..but we all know that will happen anyway.
