your eligibility date is not until 12/05/06. at that time you are able to take full advantage of the additional savings. or at least that was the script when i worked there a few months ago. 🤣 yeah its pretty sad, they probably wont even do it 12/04/06.

Correctly speaking your two years is filled until 2/07 just as you sad. So the response, or script as you commented would be... 12/06 is already 2 months "early"!

But you are correct about the 12/04/06, wont happen. Esp at a store and with 99.999% of the 800 line reps

not trying to be a smart ass. as a csr there are certain things that are indeed scripted. now i know things change often in the industry, but i doubt something like that changed in the 2 months since i quit the call center. as far as it already being early, 100% agree, that is the case. sorry if what i said offended you but I'm just telling it how it was when i was there.

Well, some one was able to get a Q when it came out, using their NE2, a week before they were eligible.

They asked nicely and had a legit excuse.
