Anyone know if VZW will waive an activation fee for a customer on account of she stayed through a gun-point hold up at my store, and still signed up after it all ended???????

Go into infocenter, on the right hand side click "WFM" (Work Flow Manager) submit the credit through that, then get in touch with your account rep and have her help it go through, any credit up to $50 can be applied through them, any credit larger then that has to go to the district manager.
