Actually, there is a monetary limit as to what you can accept... There is literature about it if you are a VZW employee... however this information would be proprietary, so I would speak to our manager about it....

I'll accept a tip from any customer. I don't know what the policy is about taking cash, but I am guess it's not ok if you did a service for a customer. You should ring that service up as LABOR or SERVICE when someone gives you a cash tip and you should get paid on it. Also, if someone gives you a non cash gift you should be able to take it. I received a pocket knife once about 5 years ago selling AT&T wireless. Other than that I have received cash money.

The only gifts I accept from customers is if they litteraly through money on the counter and run. Wich has happened a few times like when I put a face plate on and they think I desurve a tip. The other one that I have accepted is when the customer goes to the starbucks next dore to me and has them make my usual and has them bring it to me.

LOL, Goud Ponte. You all must be some bad ass employees because I have never met a wireless employee of any carrier that I wanted to tip, there was one that I wanted to ask out but she was very pretty, and tipping would have hurt my chances, but then again I never asked her out, oh the tangled web we weave.

yes, however sometimes it cannot be helped. I had a lady go home and order me a pizza once, couldn't really do anything about that one. I generally try to give them something for their money and take a commission on it.

I had a costumer who gave me $200 because I helped him to reduce his first vzw bill. Apparently, one of the corporate store reps next to me messed up his account. He was on a 59.99 plan and he received a $1200 bill even though he didn't go over his air time minutes. It took me a week to reduce thanks to one of the CR reps. 😁

And another costumer gave me 4 tickets to the comedy show worth $160 😁
