You probably did. There was probably a rep that saw it in Infomanager and though, "Ok, it's here so it must be available to sell." Basically, you got a rep that either didn't know they couldn't sell it, or didn't care. Yeah, you got lucky and you'll probably get it Wednesday. You know you owe us a review now, right?

the keypad sucks on this thing. the menus are cool, and call quality is great. the outside buttons work great for music, and it looks pretty sexy.

the razr is definately wider, but thickness they are the same size. speakerphone is not that great, as expected.

fingerprint machine just like the black chocolate. good phone thus far. have to keep testing it tho.

It depends on what region you live in , the same with the 8300 it was available in Fla. a week before some parts of the northeast.

A lot of times phones and promotions come out on testman several days before they are released to purchase. Hence the "Testman" name

Maybe $249.99 w a 2 yr contract................
Full Retail, prolly around $400.

I just have a hard time believing full retail would only be $249.99

Why that was the full retail price of the 8300 and this phone will offer nothing more than that.

Because I expect anything that replicates the Chocolate ($400 retail) but in a flip version to be around the same price.

Nope. Retail is $249.99. With a 2yr, it's $179.99 and it should have a $50 MIR. This is the replacement for the VX8300, not flip of the Chocolate, though it will have similar features. I don't believe the VX8600 will have the same amount of memory, though I may be wrong.

This is from a reliable source from hofo and the price has been well documented so far ,call *611 c.s. and ask they will tell you .I heard this from 3 different reps.

So I just got a good guy and he can see it in Eguide but it's not in the ordering system..

Confirmed 179 2 year and 249 full retail which when it comes down to it, buy it retail why waste the upgrade , right ?

Still on hold with them trying to get someone to order it.. Looks bad so far

Also.........249 retail, but they're only knocking off $70 for a 2 yr committment? Something isn't right. The chocolate is goin for 179 w a 2 yr. Why would a cheaper phone be the same price with a 2 yr????????
