Possible Upgrade?
Contacted our Verizon rep about getting new cards to replace the old 555 cards we have and possibly an upgrade to the V620 cards, he stated that we are eligible to recieve the PC 5740 as a free upgrade to the 555 cards.
My question is are these basicly the same card as the V60? Should I upgrade the 555 to the V620 or the PC 5740?

We've sold a TON of the 5740's out of my location. No complaints out of them. My IT guy swears by the 620....but we've only sold 1 of those.

Coming from a tech support agent (not a store tech, I actually work for the company), I would go with the V620. There are a lot of driver issues with the 5740 card where the card won't be detected. Also, reception isn't as solid as it is with the V620.
I'm not saying you would even have these problems at all if you were to choose it. I know people who have it and love it. I'm just saying that one we get the most calls on. Hope this helps.
