How popular is this device to all you sales people out there? Does this generate sales? I here now that sprint is going to offer this device. Anyone think that we will ever see the sidekick on any other major carrier besides tmobile?

No, Its not. It is an independant Carrier now, with license agreements with Cingular. It isnt T-mobile. Maybe it will some day. but I really dont see the use in it. T-Mobile is in alot of Debt, and Suncom got themselves in finacial Turmoil as well. So as of right now, i dont really see that happening.

So suncom isn't part of att anymore? aren't triton pcs and suncom the same entity? I think they are independent if that is the case.

I work for Suncom here in Asheville, North Carolina and we already know that Tmobile has bought Suncom. It's a done deal. This is good for Suncom because they are losing a lot of customers over AT&T been bought out by Cingular. Next month Suncom is changing their logo and colors to red and white (the colors now are blue and white). Tmobile colors are also read and white.

-guy who works for suncomm the original post is in the AT&T forum.
