Looking to see if a number is availible on your network, don't wanna go through the activation process and was wondering if someone could look it up to see if it's availible for me.

Verizon Wireless could not even provide you with any specific number (unless ya'll in the stores still can).
You would get 4 options however and yah never know, you may luck out...

can you still pick your preferred area code? in my area there are 2 main cell phone area codes and you can pick which one you prefer.
