T-Mobile USA reported adding 802,000 net new customers during the third quarter 2006. The company reported customer churn at 3%. π³ A Wireless Week article said, βWith Verizon Wireless and Cingular reporting postpaid churn of 0.95% and 1.5%, respectively in Q306, T-Mobile USA still operates at a significant disadvantage to its competitors.βΒ
