Nokia 6315i opinions

Wireless Buddy

Should i buy a 6315i? I played with one in a store and I love it. Its stylish, has good sound quality, and does everything I need (i dont need a QWERTY since I've sent about 30 txts my whole life 😉 )

just asking for some more opinions. Is it in for the long haul (should i get it on a 1 yr or 2 yr)?

THANKS

If you think the 6315i is but ugly, then you have issues.

I know!! Thats why I havent bought anything yet. BTW, i went to a store to play with the white chocolate and it looks really girly in real life. 😛 Plus it seemed buggier than the Black one. Like first the down key didnt work at all, then it started malfunctioning. When I pressed it once, it cycled through about 5 times in the menu, etc. But the 6315i felt good and I like how the LED light on the front changes color with the beat of the music 🤤

Really that's the same as the panteck/nokia 6315 and less than the new krzr thingamajigger. Is the 8600 a peace of junk?

No. I dont think it's a piece of junk. At least from the pics i have seen and from what those who already have it are saying.

Here are some of the things they have said so far...

1. Larger internal and external screens. Both are TFT and bright. Internal screen is almost as large as the RAZR.

2. Solid feel. Buttons on keyboard are flat but have some tactile feedback unlike the RAZR.

3. Seems to be a fingerprint magnet, but most glossy black phones are.. maybe they will come out with some changable covers.. (who knows.)

4. RF or reception seems to be on par with the 8300 or better.

5. You can read text messages from the outside screen as well as missed calls.

6. It has a speakerphone, but not as loud or clear as the 8100/8...

"4. RF or reception seems to be on par with the 8300 or better."

Exactly, In my playing around with it.. I always had an awesome signal, heck the 8300 lying around got the same reception, the 8600 might have popped in and out of better reception than the 8300, but thats not a problem at ALL since both phones are awesome!

I wouldn't use the 6315 if it were free. Basically, because it's not really a Nokia. It's a Pantech badged as one. I like Nokia phones a lot, but Pantech is a whopping POS

I liked the 6315i a lot when I played with it in the store. a lot more than the 8300. It was very attractive, solid, had good sound quality, and a good camera.
