Errrrr Which Phone
Need a lil help here... 😕
I have been a Verizon customer for 23 months and was wondering which phone I should select. My needs are pretty simple, I have bad eyes (due to age) so a large screen would be preferred, I would prefer a nice camera and speakerphone, but the most important thing is RX. I live in a marginal signal area and only have a cell phone so good reception is imperative. Another nice to have but not necessary is SD slot for songs, and ability to make ring tones. I currently have a V710 and it is getting a bit long in the tooth. Sorry for the length...

does your v710 ever use analog or does it always use digital. if digital then the 8300 or any of the phones will work. but if uses analog on and off a lot then get the moto 325.

well if the analog signal frequently alternates between analog and digital then a digital phone will probably pick up digital signal. if you have a tri mode phone it will want to pick up analog over a weaker digital signal. but if its always analog where you are, then get the 325. also consider the Samsung a930 and Nokia 6315i for all digital phones.
