Just got mine and really dont like it as much as the 8300, looks and feels nice but the speaker phone is weak, and I dont like the "touch" keys as much. Swithced back to my 8300.

Yeah and I love the middle speaker phone key on the 8300, plus sounds great with the dual speakers..plus for me I just don't think I want another pancake phone. im sure it will still sell very well tho

i stopped by verizon in Circuit City today and saw the 8600. i wasn't impressed at all. just like many others have said it looks like another razr. The menu seemed pretty cool though. Overall I wouldn't get it.. nothing too special that sets it apart.
Where is the 9900!?! and those to new samsungs look pretty sweet as well.

Buy the waterproof phone it looks like nothing else 😛 last date floating around was the Nov 21 for the 9900. You don't want to hang out and wait for the U740?

ah i don't know! the u740 looks amazing.. although it deff won't be out for a while. its a tough choice! the u740 will probably have more features..as well as being mediaflo capable.. so i am sure it is worth the wait.
i can use my NE2 anytime now so i'm just waiting around. i might buy the gzone full retail and wait for the u740. ahh tough one! 🙄
