I just left sprint and their POS business operation they call a wireless provider. I was with them for 6 years and can honestly say that company is losing it starting with, and most importantly, their customer service. Glad to be part of a company that cares about its subscribers and knows what its doing…yessssss

I went with the vx8500 about 19 days ago and now see the 8600 has been released. I am more of a flip phone fan do u think Verizon will let me exchange it even though im over the 15 day period?

where are you located?? it would be a managers decision. make sure you still have have everything you purchased in like new condition, and also have the box in tact with the upc on the box.

just go into the store, be nice and polite, and ask to speak with the manager.

I wouldnt count on it but it is worth a shot. just dont go in there expecting it to happen becuase you could be disappointed.

the 8500 is a good phone tho, welcome to verizon wireless btw we are glad to have you.

Please don't get your hopes set up. You might be better off buying an 8600 on ebay and selling ur Chocolate there, in return, to cover for the costs. As a new customer they might be flexible each store has it's own leniencies ...good luck!
