I just want to know if you can use the speakerphone closed if not Ill get krzr. Thanks
...
why would you get the krzr? have you seen both? have you tried both?
the krzr has a small inside screen and a delay on the ui.
...
I know its small but I like the speakerphone, look and feel. I honestly want the 8600 but the not being able to close it is deal breaker. I even wrote LG and told them their stupid. Maybe update but Iam tired of this update buisness. I just dont know what phone to get and please dont say 8300 I have 8100 same thing.
...
the 8600 is WORLDS above the KRPR, too many bugs on the krzr to start out with
...
Yes I know the 8600 destroys the krzr but I need speaker phone closed option drives me crazy on my 8100
...
can I ask why thats so important?
...
I use it alot, Id rather use that than do that whole bluetooth thing its easy, no connection problems nothing, I jsut throw the phone on the car dash and talk, works great and cost low no bluetooth problems. Your right though if it comes down to i think I can live with it since the krzr is about $100 more than 8600 Ill get 8600 and deal with it and have better phone.
...
I mean you gotta make the decision thats right for you.
In my opinion im not impressed with the Krzr at all, I would rather have a silver v3m honestly.
I have only used the 8600 for about 2 minutes about 3 weeks ago but It seemed very nice.
I would reccomend going to a store and playing with both and see which you really like the most, then go for it, and as always you have the 15 day wfg you can return it.
...
yeah i went today and played with 8600,love it, I might just wait and see what comes out but it looks like after the 9900 nothing comes for a while. I dont text alot so not he best phone for me. Thanks for the info Ill decide on something, it looks like 8600 is the winner for now.

Why not use a bluetooth headset instead of the speaker phone?
...
I just dont like having some other device I have to charge and connect and you have this goffy looking thing in your ear. I am perfectly fine holding my phone to talk but on speakerphone the phone doesnt have to be at your ear, and in the car it works great. Its just one thing you have to worry about. And you dont have to buy some bluetooth headset. for buisness people or people that are in the car alot I can see having a headset but my phone is in my pocket, nto on a clip, i just rather do speakerphone.
