Hey Verizon

I'm a big t-mobile person but one thing i gotta say for verizon that i know of is the signal is great in a lot of places . My GF has VZW .

i get good service pretty much everywhere but when we were in wal-mart i had 1 maybe 2 bars she had like 5 . but her phone also had an antenna mine didn't . but yeah i get good signal for the most part

Well, the reason for that is because T-Mo uses the 1900 MHz (mostly) and this band does'nt penetrate through walls as good as the 850Mhz does. If you're happy with T-Mo and get good service anywhere else; then don't leave. T-mobile has better call clarity anyway (GSM)

49% of all verizon towers are 1900 and the rest 850. So unless you know in his area is 850 that may not be the case at all!

I didn't catch this the first time. GSM better then CDMA? It is like anything a matter of personal preference. I for one think GSM is like talking in a tunnel. But that could have been the phone I had at the time. The only major technological difference is CDMA is more secure to eaves dropping and cloning! GSM travels farther which requires less towers. And GSM saves battery life as it is not always on.

Actually...CDMA has better call quality than GSM...

lol it was the antenna. her mom got a razr now and we got pretty much the same signal (mine is a lil better ) but thanks anyways
