Ya think the other carriers will offer prorated ETF fees since VZW offers it now, minute check alerts and free backup assistant type programs?

I dont think other companies will match this at this point. They dont really have to. They all ready have their order winning programs. Verizon is probably doing this to stay a little more competitive when it comes to incentives. Verizon just doesnt want to give away minutes, thats a huge money maker for 'em, thats why they are offering backup assistant and early upgrades.
