Now she has to choose between staying with AT&T (her contract is up) or going with VZW.
Questions...
Does anybody know if she has to go with a V60 or can she choose a different phone?
Also, how does it affect her plan?
And if she decides to go with VZW how does the account set-up work?

Her contract is up so she can either have her service switched to the V60i in the Mercedes, or sign up for new service through VZW which will also go to the V60i in the Mercedes, she has to decide, because they have to send her the compatible phone (VZW or AT&T).
And the only options for cell service are either VZW or AT&T.

Customer service is horrible for VZW mainly because they don't know the future, I'm so dissapointed. Based on all of phonepimps posts, Cingular seems like they heavily implement this future fortelling training.
