Anyone know is it only free the first time downloaded? I updated my contacts on two phones, so i had to download it a second time to get it on the second phone. So am i going to be charged or is it free everytime?

Its FREE if you sign up for 'my account' on the website. It will still show a charge on the phone but will not appear on the bill if you have account online access.

It is wonderful! Not only if you lose your phone, it is all saved on your VZW.com account but if you leave home, get to work, need someone's number that you can't remember (which most of us don't remember anyone's # anymore).. You can pull up your acct and it is saved there with the contact's name.. I recommend everyone back up their contacts at least 1 time...
