Ok so i receive a pink Razr that i odered via vzw.com yesterday and when i open it, everything looks alright except for the manual... which was not wrapped in plastic like the CD rom and terms.. in fact it was ridgy and worn out like an old college textbook. What are the chances that i received a refurb. or a phone that was returned withing 15 days and repackaged? Is there a way i can switch it for another new package or will they give me a fefurb?

If your within your 15 days, you could take it into a store, or send it back and ask for another "new" phone. I can see why you'd be leary.

I have an easy solution for ya. Check the call timer. Probably pointless since you have already made 20,000 Unlimited IN calls. haha

BTW, they don't wrap the RAZR manuals in plastic.

Do the pages in the manual stick together?

ewwwww

Just sue Verizon for it. They'll understand.

Can't sure Verizon Wireless :-)

Per the contract, you agree to settle all suits via arbitration or mediation. That means there is no judge, no jury. No lawsuit. But you have fun with that dream.

Why do you care? If the phone works fine, what's the problem?

And refabs are better than new phones because they have been checked for problems, and will have less than a new, un-checked phone. (More quality-control)

Not really...

Once I did a FRU on a v265 and fru had sticky buttons even before the customer left, I couldn't push the 2 button for *228 ... had to FRU it out again and the next one had the UPC number printed on the ESN spot. WTF!

sprint74, while I like some of your post why do you insist on saying things like that. You don't know it was refurb. And are you saying the millions that buy used phones are nasty?
