Don't like my LG...how does the Worry Free Guarentee work???
Ok, I had my LG 9900 for about 12 days and I dont like it. I want to return it and get something else. I have a couple questions. First, I ordered on-line so can I just return the phone and box to the store??? Also, do I need the receipt? cuz i got the box and everything inside it.

One more thing I forgot to mention. THe reason I dont like the 9900 is because it's way too big. I LOVE the KRZR but I cant stand the UI. So that pretty much narrows it down to the 8600. How is that phone??? Looks cool.

I had the 8600 and I have the 9900 right now...I think you gotta stick with the 9900, you will be sorry if you go to the 8600, it feels poorly built.

I'm not an LG fan but I need something besides the damn VZW UI thats on all the other phones. I want the KRZR so bad but the UI is boring.

you will need to send back the phone via fed ex and keep your tracking number. Included with the phone should be a prepaid shipping label if there isnt one you can call customer care and get one mailed to you. as long as its postmarked by the 15th day you will be fine.
as for the 8600 I think its good. the keyboard takes some getting use to but you get use to it. the only complaint is the high gloss finish that all the new phones seem to be getting, its a fingerprint magnet but other then that its good.
