Is there a way to fix the POOR CAMERA QUALITY on the 8600??
I love this phone except the camera quality absolutely sucks. It's horrible. Every picture is pixeled regardless of resolution. Is there any way to fix this?? Or am I stuck with a crappy camera??

Yes the camera quality on the LG 8600 is very poor if camera quality is your first concern then get the Samsung a990, otherwise trade it in for the LG 8300 its the best verizon can offer.

all i gotta say is that VZW better come out with a software update to fix the camera quality. I can't return it. It's the 2nd phone within 15 days. maybe i should go to sprint.

Get the M1 its got a 2 meg cam on it and its very nice, plus now anyone can sign up for the SERO program which includes unlimited data! Can't be that.

OK I'm PISSED. i sent the crappy pixeled pics that i took on the 8600 to my e-mail and they were fine on my computer. So the camera can take good pictures. But they are displayed poorly on the phone. I even sent it back to my phone from the computer and it was still bad on the phone's screen. COME ON VERIZON!!! COME UP WITH A FIX ON THIS!!! unless there is already something else i can do to fix it.
Also the speaker phone sucks. I'm limited because I refuse to buy a phone with the old VZW UI which is everything except LG 8300 8600 8500 and 9900. 9900 and 8500 are not flip and the too many people have the 8300. God damn i just want the KRZR maybe i will get the sprint KRZR with the Moto UI.

Yeah dude I was gonna say, the pictures aren't really bad they just look horrible on the phone...part of the reason I returned that phone and got the EnV. 😎

had the EnV before and it was way too damn big and ugly. and bluetooth kept ending calls. hated not having flip.

the 8300 has a simular screen, Not sure why when the 8100 doesn't have this problem. Too much static/noise and pixalation.
