I have the old software on my Q..Where do I do my software upgrade..i herd you have to do it online

Go to verizonwireless.com
Top right you will see "Support" - Click it
Under "Phones&Devices" click "View All"
In the Drop down, select Motorola and then "Go"
Scroll through the pics to Motorola Q, click it
Scroll to the bottom and you will see "Downloads"
Choose: "Motorola Q Software Update"

anyone know why my motorola hs850 microphone does not seem to be working... everything else works great, but i can not use the voice dial, oh or actually be heard by the other party?
